They say you can't outrun a bad diet, but today I tried. The day started out okay. I woke up, had breakfast, and got in a 5 mile interval run. Things kind of went downhill from there. When I was in the grocery store the other day I saw a box of Annie's bunny grahams. I hadn't had any of those since I was in Florida and I thought I would do okay having the box in my apartment. I didn't. I decided to get myself back on track with a healthy dinner and a long walk, though
I had a Cajun spiced baked tofu sandwich, grapes, and one of those Green Giant cauliflower steamers in cheese sauce. After eating I headed out for my walk with the goal of hitting 20,000 steps before it got dark. I didn't quite make it to 20,000, but I got pretty close. Maybe if I keep my diet under control tomorrow and get in a lot of activity, the damage won't be too terribly bad.
